My story is similar to many others, moving into the light after living in darkness. My spiritual path in healing through this life’s experience. It’s about overcoming my own set of personal challenges deeply rooted in conditioned tendencies and toxic beliefs and finding ways to keep coming back to myself. 

I had to remember in order to become.

At a very young age, I learned to make myself small. I learned that someone else’s idea of good is what I needed to strive for in order to feel valued or worthy. I learned crying was bad. I learned chaos, toxicity, and control were givens in any relationship. I learned all types of containers including my own familial environment, educational institutions, places of worship, and work organizations were unsafe. 

I’ve had many crossroads in my life and many intersections of pain and suffering.

Through truly looking inward, understanding and accepting my full spiritual nature, and committing to personal and professional self-discovery, volunteering, weaving in and out of various types of communities and groups, consistent travel, and exposure to various cultures, ideologies, and religions, I began to ask myself some key questions:

What does my spirituality mean to me? Who was I at my core? What are my values? How do I show up in my life? What am I truly good at? What and who brings me joy? How do I want others to feel in my presence? How can I heal? How can I serve? 

From this, I began to learn about healthy love, boundaries, stability, safety, trust, abundance, self-worth, support, how to cherish and hold gratitude from a place of tenderness.

I also learned that in and through everything, was my connection to Spirit. For true alignment, I had to tap into and access my Highest Self with real love. In doing so, this would show me the way and unearth the gifts I wasn’t aware I always had..
