1. Terms
By accessing this Website, accessible from www.leilanilucero.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site. The materials contained in this Website are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Refund Policy & Financial Agreements
For all Akashic Records Sessions and Session Packages: There are no refunds, including for late starts, missed appointments, appointments with unused time, or once a session has been received by the client. In addition, there are no refunds for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
For Digital Products: There are no returns on digital products. All sales are final.
Refunds (if applicable) for Courses and Events: Unless otherwise stated, 50% of any fee for a course or event is considered a non-refundable deposit. When circumstances prevent beginning a course or event, if notice is received by email seven days in advance of the first scheduled time, a refund less the non-refundable deposit may be available, if stated it’s not available, deferment for enrollment in the course or event is. There will be no refunds for cancellations with less than seven days notice. If the event or course will be given again you have the option to defer until the next scheduled course or event.
Financial Agreements: All Sessions, packages, courses, and events payments are due up-front. There may be times where a payment plan will be offered. When you commit to a payment plan, all payments are to be made on time and as agreed. If payment is not timely, I reserve the right to suspend your participation in classes and events, and access to all class materials until such time you have brought your account into full payment. You are responsible for full payment of all course fees whether or not you complete the course material.
Akashic Records Sessions:
Responsibilities, Agreements, & Expectations
When you pay and schedule an appointment, I hold the scheduled time just for you. You agree to show up on time, as fully present as possible, and in an environment free of interruptions. You also agree to read and understand all the Client Information and Terms of Service I provide prior to your appointment.
You are responsible for providing correct contact information, including email address and telephone number. To connect for your session, we will meet by telephone or Zoom.us. If I am unable to contact you because of missing or incorrect information, you bear the responsibility for the appointment as a missed appointment as described below.
To Schedule an Appointment:
To schedule an appointment please use the appropriate session links on www.leilanilucero.com or go directly to https://calendly.com/leilani-l. After you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email and calendar invite. In this email, you will find the date and time of your appointment, information about how to prepare for your Consultation, requirements for canceling or rescheduling, the Akashic Records contract (initial session only), and the confirmation of connection style. Please keep this email for your records. Payment is due at the time of scheduling your appointment.
Fees:
Currently, my fee is $333 for a 60-minute Akashic Records Session for one person. Please refer to the offerings page on this site, or contact me for rates for other session options, including package sessions, sessions for more than one person, for a business, or for professional mentorship.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time of scheduling your appointment. Payment options may be available depending on the offerings.
Appointment Length & Session Packages:
An Akashic Records soul session is 60 minutes in length. A group or partner session is 60 minutes in length. A specified healing session is 90 minutes in length. Other session lengths may be available upon request.
6-Session packages are to occur within a 3-month time frame unless otherwise approved at the beginning of the partnership.
10-Session packages are to occur within a 5-month time frame unless otherwise approved at the beginning of the partnership.
Should these package sessions go unused during these stated time frames they will become null and void.
Rescheduling Appointments:
To reschedule your appointment, please submit your request by email to leilani@leilanilucero.com. Rescheduling requests are accepted up to 48 hours before your appointment time. All rescheduled appointments must take place within 12 months of the original purchase date or the session will expire.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know as soon as you can and at least 48 hours in advance by email to leilani@leilanilucero.com. There are no refunds for canceled appointments.
Late Starts:
If you know you will be more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, please let me know as soon as you can. Please remember a late start shortens the time we have together but does not affect your responsibility for full payment of the time you have scheduled. Also know that if I cannot connect with you at the time of our scheduled appointment, I will try again in five minutes. If I am unable to connect a second time, the appointment is considered missed.
Missed Appointments:
For any scheduled appointments, I will wait up to 15 minutes for you to connect. If you do not connect within 15 minutes, the appointment is considered missed. There are no refunds for missed appointments.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on www.leilanilucero.com for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display; attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on www.leilanilucero.com; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transferring the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server. This will let Leilani Lucero to terminate upon violations of any of these restrictions. Upon termination, your viewing right will also be terminated and you should destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether it is printed or electronic format.
