What is an Akashic Records session/reading like?

With your permission, I access the Akashic Records and work in attunement with your Higher Self and spiritual supports to offer guidance and insight. Information may come through in connection with Source, the Divine, Angels, Guides, transitioned loved ones, or other forms of spiritual support that feel relevant and present.

Alongside this guidance, I may draw on additional supportive practices as appropriate, which can include meditation, prayer, breathwork, light language, gentle energetic clearing, or other integrative techniques. Sessions are guided by what feels most supportive and relevant for you in the moment, with care and discernment.

The session intends to support clarity, awareness, and orientation -allowing insight to emerge in a way that feels grounded, respectful, and meaningful.

What are the Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records can be understood as an energetic field that holds the history, patterns, and themes of the soul across time. Rather than a physical place, they are an energetic repository — a vast field of consciousness that reflects experiences, agreements, and learning across lifetimes and dimensions.

The Records are not something to be intellectually understood as much as they are felt and recognized. They offer a space of awareness where patterns can be witnessed, insights can arise, and guidance can be sensed. I serve as a guide within this field, helping you attune to what your inner wisdom and Higher Self are already orienting you toward.

At their essence, the Akashic Records are rooted in the energy of love and consciousness that underlies all of life.

How does healing play a role within the Akashic Records?

Because the Akashic Records reflect patterns held across time and experience, they can offer insight into themes, beliefs, or imprints that may be influencing your current life.

Healing within this context may involve bringing awareness to ancestral patterns, emotional threads, or past experiences that are ready to be integrated or released. The focus is not on fixing, but on understanding, softening, and creating space for new ways of relating to yourself and your life.

What unfolds is guided by readiness, consent, and what feels supportive for your system.

How does Mediumship play a role in our session?

At times, spiritual supports such as Guides, Angels, or transitioned loved ones may be sensed during a session. When this occurs, I may share impressions or messages that feel relevant and supportive to the work you are doing.

These experiences are approached with care and respect, with the intention of offering reassurance, perspective, or insight - not certainty or dependency. Any information shared is offered for your discernment and choice.

What is the Divine Healing modality?

This is a healing modality separate from the Akashic Records. This system of healing is also multidimensional (meaning all parts of you that hold a specific energy can be cleared). This includes your soul contracts, ancestral patterns, unresolved past life issues, hidden ego agendas, sabotages, conflicts, chakra blocks, fears and phobias, interference energies, and so much more. It allows facilitation to your Higher Self, balances your body’s hydration, nutrition, and biochemistry, clears toxins and their effects, harmonizes and aligns your energy bodies and chakras, and so much more.

This work is approached gently and responsibly, honoring the body’s natural pace and capacity for change.

What is Light Language?

Light language is a form of energetic expression that communicates beyond linear words. It may come through as sound, tone, movement, symbols, or silence, and is often experienced through sensation or feeling rather than intellect.

Light language is not meant to be understood by the mind, but felt and integrated through the body and awareness. When used, it serves as a supportive tool for resonance, alignment, and energetic recalibration.

How do I prepare for our session?

Please choose a quiet, private space where you can be present without interruption. Do not drive during your session. You’re welcome to bring a few questions or areas of focus, while remaining open to what naturally arises.

Have water nearby and allow yourself to be comfortable. Often, insight emerges organically, sometimes addressing what feels most important before it is consciously named.

What questions should I be asking in the AKashic Records?

You may ask about anything you would like clarity or understanding around. Questions that are open, reflective, and curious often allow for deeper insight.

Trust that what is most relevant for you will surface in its own way. You are always encouraged to use your own discernment and inner knowing when receiving guidance.

Is this real?

It’s natural to feel skeptical. I value both rational inquiry and spiritual experience, and I believe they can coexist. Some aspects of spiritual work are difficult to articulate fully, yet can still be felt, meaningful, and impactful.

Ultimately, what matters is your experience. If something feels supportive and resonant, you are welcome to explore it. If it does not, you are encouraged to trust yourself and your own sense of truth.

What is your approach?

My approach is rooted in respect, responsibility, accessibility, and care. I honor your intuition, your beliefs, your background, and your sovereignty. Anything shared during a session is offered as perspective - not instruction or absolute truth.

You are always invited to take what resonates and leave what does not. Your inner guidance remains primary.

I’m nervous, what should I expect?

It’s completely natural to feel nervous. Sessions are held with care and respect, and nothing is forced. You may experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, emotional release, or a sense of calm — all of which are normal responses to energetic awareness.

Emotions may arise, and you are encouraged to allow them to move through without judgment or attachment.

Because the work can continue integrating after a session, it’s recommended to avoid other intensive energy work or strenuous activity for 48–72 hours, and be mindful of what you ingest, allowing your system time to settle and integrate.

Do you record sessions?

Sessions are not recorded. In my experience, integration is best supported when clients remain present rather than revisiting recordings. Also to ensure you don’t revert back energetically. You can trust that what is meant to stay with you will do so naturally.

Is it confidential?

Absolutely. All sessions are confidential. Your privacy, identity, and any information shared are respected and protected unless you provide explicit written consent otherwise.
