I offer intuitively channeled guidance with healing through accessing your Akashic Records along with Mediumship. I call these Soul Sessions. Through these Soul Sessions, together we tap into what your Guides (Angels and Ancestors included!) are pointing to for your soul’s highest truth.

I am the channel. I provide the guidance, wisdom, and truth you desire and crave. I do this through the Akashic Records; evoking divine energy, the highest level of conscious awareness, and being a channel for your soul’s truth. The result gained can be a variation of clarity, emotional, spiritual, or physical healing, connection, and clearly explicit direction.

What is a soul session?

With your permission, I access your Akashic Records and am a channel to provide you with information from the Divine, your Guides, transitioned loved ones, and your Higher Self. Along with the transmitted guidance, I may use other specific techniques (these may include the use of meditation, breathing techniques, prayer, moving through and unblocking stuck energy, or some combination of all). I tap into what is most important for you to receive so that you can be guided in the right direction.                                           

The more we can consciously open ourselves to this inner and highest form of guidance, the more we will learn and benefit from the wisdom it contains. Wisdom that is written, with great love, and for the highest good of all. This wisdom is truth and it comes from Source Energy. I am the conduit to show you the light so that it can guide you on your best path forward. My role is to be a loving supportive channel that can relay what is divinely needed and hold and witness you in that truth while the guidance allows you to move forward with more ease.

What are the Akashic Records?

Imagine a book that contains the entire history of your soul, as well as every aspect of who you are now and what you may be in the future. A book so immense that it could never exist physically. Rather, a book that is recorded energetically and with the Love that makes up everything in the Universe. These are the Akashic Records. An energetic stamp of every thought, activity, feeling, and experience that has ever occurred in time and space. An imprint of all experiences, of all lifetimes, in all realities. 

The Akashic Records is basically like a database of what’s happening in all the universes that are co-existing together at any given time. Some may refer to it as the Book of Life.

As an energetic all-encompassing repository of knowledge of Love for all that has been and will be, the Akashic Records contain answers to every question we may have about our lives and personal journeys and I am a channel to transmit what is important for your highest Self. This can be in service of what may be limiting you, what you’d like to address in your healing journey or what you want to prepare for as you move through life.                                      

The Akashic Records are, in essence, the fingerprint of the Universe and the energy that makes up the Akashic Records is the energy of Love.

How does Mediumship play a role in our session?

Oftentimes, during our sessions, you will be visited by your Spirit Guides, Angels, and/or transitioned loved ones. Because I have this bonus gift of Mediumship, I will share with you who and how these beings come through, and any messages they have for you that will pertain to any healing or experiences you’re moving through. It is a beautiful experience to connect with unseen loved ones and higher-conscious guides. A result of this is feeling more unwavering love and support.

How do I prepare for our session?

Being in a quiet private place where you will not be disturbed is ideal. Please make sure you will not be driving during our session together. Come prepared with a few questions. Often times the information given to you may address some of your questions without being asked and will redirect you to ask other questions.

What questions should I be asking?

My suggestion is to think through what it is you’d like the most clarity on. The information from the records is meant to provide you with a deeper level of understanding and conscious awareness. You can ask anything you’d like. Trust you know what it is that is most important for you at this time.

How is this different than coaching?

In coaching, I ask the questions you may not think to ask yourself and reflect your answers back to you without judgment. In the Records, you ask the questions and listen for what feels aligned, resonant, and true as I tap into your Akashic Records and transmit what needs to be said. Both serve your highest good, however, they are different approaches and access points.

Is this real?

I know it’s natural to be skeptical. I am a skeptic of many things. I believe in science and rational intellect and I am also very deeply spiritual and cannot always articulate the divinity I feel. My experiences have taught me that both can exist simultaneously and in fact, one exists in the other and vice versa.

The unseen also holds truth. If what you receive feels resonant then it is in fact true.

What is your approach?

I am here to serve you. I speak from a place of truth and accessibility with language that can resonate with all walks of life and backgrounds. I honor your intuition, your ways of knowing, your own spiritual practice, and your sovereignty. I ask that you hold whatever wisdom and healing that is offered in the greater body of wisdom that you know to be true. If what I offer does not resonate, do not force it to fit and take from you. Trust your inner guidance and knowing. 

I’m nervous, what should I expect?

No need to be nervous! All the information shared with you is rooted in love and in service of your highest good. It is your soul’s truth. You will not receive any information or healing you are not ready to receive.

Do you record sessions?

I do not record sessions but I am open for you to do so as many clients like to refer back to our time together. The caveat is that I do not recommend that you record sessions that involve deep healing. When listening back to the recording after the healing has taken place, you can and may revert back to the energy you were in at the time of recording. The best approach is to take notes you can refer back to later.

Is it confidential?

Absolutely. All information that comes from your Akashic Records will be kept confidential, as well as your identity and any identifying information about you unless given written permission to share.
