Welcome to the Awaken Retreat
This retreat is an invitation home; to your body, to sacred Earth, to Spirit, and to the living wisdom you have already consciously and intentionally awakened within.
This retreat was created exclusively for Awaken Alumni, this beautiful higher conscious group of divine beings. Know that this sacred retreat immersion is a continuation, not just of learning, but of living truth and what you now know. Here, we will gather not just to reach for higher consciousness, but to play within it, to embody it fully, and to allow it to move naturally through all of our energy bodies, our humanity, relationships, creativity, and service.
Set in the heart of Portugal, surrounded by ancient land and quiet beauty, this retreat offers space to slow down, soften, and commune deeply with your Self, with soul family, and with the Divine intelligence that has guided you through all three levels/courses of Awaken.
This is where integration becomes celebration. This is where learning becomes deep play. This is where all of your bodies come into deep remembrance. If you will allow it, this is where energetic mastery becomes ease and joy and deeper love - love for Self, love for each other, love for Humanity, love for the natural wonders of the Earth, love for Source, love for ALL that is.
This retreat is where Spirit and Source is not studied, but experienced and deeply embodied in truth.

It’s been such an incredible journey to walk alongside you thus far on your Awakened path. I am deeply honored and grateful to be able to serve you in this way. I am excited to play in person in the energies of ALL that we have learned, moved through, called in, and actualized. This retreat will be an anchored immersion into ALL that is divine in this highest present version of Self. Our soul’s consciousness, the sacred Earth’s wisdom and nourishment, the greater divine's/Spirit’s blessings and miracles, and the light of Source reflected within and without.

All-Inclusive 5-night/6-day retreat in the heart of Portugal - in the quaint village of Molelos, Monday, May 25th - Saturday, May 30th, 2026.
Dinner upon arrival the first day, 3 plant-forward and nutritionally dense meals, designed to nourish, each full day, + water, daily teas, snacks, and coffee, and breakfast/lunch last day before departure. (Please note: you will be able to share with us any allergies/dietary constraints upon registration)
Daily healing transmissions
Daily facilitated classes/workshops/healing sessions by local guides (sound bath, pottery workshop, massage, etc)

More About Catrinandes Retreat Center
This center is a sacred space of spiritual and personal expansion. The Stewards and Guardians of this center and land, is one of our very own, Helena, & her partner Tania. They bring their own healing energy of love and power to each person who blesses it.
The retreat center has been thoughtfully designed and curated to fit all our needs during the retreat.
Each of the rooms are designed for your comfort and relaxation. Shared accommodations include single beds. There is plenty of calming space to relax and decompress. All rooms feature heating, air conditioning, a wardrobe, high-quality memory foam mattresses, and luxurious Portuguese-made blankets. Premium linens, seasonal duvets, and soft pillows ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.
There are also plenty of spacious and lovely common areas within the main building, in the extended yoga hall, and on the beautiful property outdoors.
I have personally vetted this incredible sacred space, as I know, so have others within this sacred group. I truly look forward to being back on this beautiful special land, but this time with this very special awakened group.

Retreat FAQs
Q. When is it and for how long?
A. The retreat begins on Monday, May 25th, and ends on Saturday, May 30th, 2026. It is 5 nights and 6 days ending in the late afternoon on Saturday, the 30th.
Q. What airport should I fly into? How do I get to to the retreat center?
A. Porto Airport (OPORTO is the airport code) is closest to the retreat center and is preferred; however, if you are traveling internationally, and it’s more difficult to fly to Porto, flying into Lisbon will also work. There are many modes of transportation (trains, buses, etc) that will help you get to the retreat center once your flight arrives. Let us know how we can assist, we’re happy to help!
Q. I’m traveling from out of the country, what, if any, visa/entry requirements are needed for Portugal?
A. For entry into Portugal, your passport must be valid for at least three months beyond your intended departure date. You will also need a passport that is valid for at least six months for some nationalities, like U.S. citizens, depending on the specific rules for your country. Please confirm with your country’s requirements.
Starting in late 2026, travelers from visa-exempt countries will need to apply for an ETIAS travel authorization online before traveling to Portugal.
If you are traveling from the US, as a US Citizen, EITAS will not have yet taken effect for our retreat time.

Q. I have food allergies/and or require special needs for physical accommodations, can you accommodate?
A. This is an inclusive retreat program and retreat center. You will receive an intake form upon registration, where you can list any special requirements or needs. We want to make sure you are comfortable and have the space, unencumbered, for your healing and expansion.
Q. What should I pack?
A. As May has been known to have rain, it is possible it may rain while on retreat. Please check/note the weather before arrival in case a light rain jacket is needed.
Make sure to bring clothes you feel comfortable being outdoors/hiking in, as well as clothes you feel comfortable lying down in for our group healing sessions.
Please make sure you bring comfortable walking shoes/tennis shoes for our days in nature. The hikes are easy to moderate.
There is a cold plunge area with local spring water, and of course, many beaches along the Portugal coast, so if you are extending your trip or would like to have a cold dip in spring water while on retreat, make sure to bring your bathing suit.
Don’t forget your journal and pen!
Q. Will Laundry be available?
A. Please ensure you pack what you need for the entire duration we are on retreat. Laundry services will not be available.
Q. What is your refund/cancellation policy?
A. There are no refunds available for this retreat, and it can not be deferred to another program, course, or package if missed.
