In action, through various tools like powerful active questions, visualizations, writing and other methods, we will partner in recognizing what limiting beliefs and conditioned tendencies hold you back from an abundant and meaningful life.

What is coaching?

Every great leader in their field has a coach - from executives to athletes and everyone in between. As a coach, I provide guidance for people to make better choices through real action. The primary focus of coaching is evolving and creating potential and fulfillment with tangible actionable oriented goals to support that.

How is coaching different from therapy?

My job as a coach is to help functional people in present time make better choices while creating action thus leading to an extraordinary life. Therapy focuses more on your past history and any issues surrounding that (generally emotional/behavioral problems and disruptive situations) with the prime focus on healing. The primary focus of coaching is evolving and creating potential. With that said coaching can elicit deep emotions and psychological issues so healing can also be a positive side effect.

How is coaching different from an AkashicRecords session?

Through coaching, I ask pertinent and poignant questions for you to go deeper within yourself, so that you can create tangible ways to move through what your current circumstances are.

Through the Akashic Records, you receive spiritually channeled messages that come through as clarity, wisdom, guidance, healing, etc that align with your Highest Self based on where you currently are energetically.

In the records, you are provided for and assisted through deeper healing, clearing, protection, purposeful guidance, etc with me as the conduit and channel.

In coaching, you are empowered to find new ways to help guide yourself with me as your coach.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching is for everyone.

If you are experiencing feelings of stagnation, uncertainty, boredom, frustration, or lack of motivation and accountability you’re in the right place.

If you are ready for change, want to break cycles of your limited beliefs, are feeling unfulfilled, have dreams/goals but don’t know how to reach them coaching is for you.

And even if you’re really happy and satisfied but just want more for yourself and want to level-up, coaching is also for you.

What is the process? - discovery to sessions, accountability, check-ins etc

We will start with a complimentary 45 min consultation meeting to see if coaching is the right approach based on our discussion of your goals, how I can help as a coach, and our chemistry together.

Should we both agree to move forward, we will then schedule a 2-hour discovery session where we will design our alliance in our coaching partnership and delve more into detail about what areas of focus you’d like to explore, your vision for your life, and any limited beliefs holding you back.

For each subsequent 1-hour coaching session you will provide a topic and I will use various coaching tools, resources, and methodologies to support you.

Throughout our time together you will be assigned actions that align with the goals you have set for yourself. I am your coach and your accountability partner. Your commitment and accountability is imperative for you to reach your truest potential.

As a bonus, unlimited email and text support is available between sessions.

At the end of our time together our last session will be a closing where we will reflect on and celebrate your journey. We will also discuss next steps for your continued success.

Is it confidential?

Absolutely. 

I adhere to the gold standard of coaching, the ICF Code of Ethics.

This stresses the strictest levels of confidentiality with all clients unless release is required by law.

By the end of our time coaching together, clients have gained more awareness, greater confidence, discernment, and conviction in the choices they make, have created opportunities for themselves they never thought possible, shifted ways of thinking, and have made undeniable progress towards their goals for a richer, fuller life. 

Your results are a direct correlation between how you show up and your commitment to yourself. What you apply from our sessions together to the action that you take between sessions are vital to your success.

What is the cost?

I offer one complimentary consultation/sample session at no cost to ensure that the chemistry is right for a successful coaching relationship. Based on our initial conversation and your goals, I will propose a recommended package with a set number of sessions. I typically provide sessions at a 3-month or 6-month commitment unless otherwise advised. Coaching is a process that requires time, dedication, and commitment.

You can renew your package or book additional sessions as needed.

What if I want to move forward but can’t afford it?

I believe that everyone deserves to create the life they desire - that is their birthright. I understand that these types of services are not affordable to many. Please do not be discouraged. Reach out and let’s discuss.
